How we collect, use and protect the personal data you send us through this website — and the rights you have over it.
This website presents the services of two companies:

Each is a separate legal entity and is the data controller for enquiries directed to it. If you are not sure which applies to you, write to either address and we will tell you.
We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the contact form, that is:
Your name, your company, your work email address, your phone number (optional), the area of interest you select, and whatever you write in the message field.
Our web hosting provider also records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested — as part of operating and securing the site. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for them. Please do not include sensitive information in the message field.
We use what you send us for one purpose: to read your enquiry, respond to it, and take any steps you ask us to take before entering into an engagement.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent in submitting the form, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and — where relevant — on taking steps at your request prior to a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not build profiles.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Two service providers necessarily handle it on our behalf:
Web3Forms processes the contact form submission and delivers it to us by email. Our email and hosting providers transmit and store that message.
Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where we are legally required to, or where you ask us to.
Because our two offices are in India and Panama, and because the form service operates internationally, your enquiry may be transmitted to and stored in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where such a transfer is subject to EU or UK data protection law, we rely on the safeguards permitted under that law, and we will provide details of the mechanism on request.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our business records afterwards — ordinarily no longer than 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or contractual reasons, or unless the enquiry becomes part of a client engagement.

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session tracking and no browser storage of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded in your browser, and there is nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.
One third-party request is made on each page: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. We are moving these fonts onto our own servers to remove that transfer.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to info@smkpg.com (or info.pty@smkpg.com for the Panama entity). We will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may also complain to a supervisory authority: the Data Protection Board of India, the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI) in Panama, or your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
